Court Attendance and Case Conferences

When a case gets to Court we offer face-to-face pre-trial conferences that provide a useful opportunity for experts, solicitors and counsel to:

clarify issues of importance,

discuss strength and weaknesses in the evidence,

discuss any technical issues that remain unresolved.

Provision of expert testimony from the Witness Box and equally important advice on the cross examination of other scientific witnesses.
