Expert Advice

Scientific evidence is rarely straightforward and sometimes downright misleading. A scientific assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of a case before litigation can highlight those points that might appear highly significant but may be trivial and conversely highlight those points that might appear trivial but are highly significant.

Interpretation and evidential analysis of forensic statements from other experts can highlight the salient strengths and weaknesses of the scientific evidence adduced.

We provide background information on the related scientific principles applicable to any particular case. Unfortunately whilst much scientific evidence is presented in a manner that another suitably qualified and experienced scientist would readily understand to the lay person the evidence might appear bewildering, just so much jargon.

Our provision of background information unravels the jargon and presents the essential information in a way that is readily understandable to the lay person.
